-Enter water using ladder, steps or side -Exit water using ladder, steps or side -Blowing bubbles through mouth and nose, 3 sec. -Bobbing 3 times -Opening eyes under water and retrieving submerged objects -Front Glide (in “streamline”) -Recover from front glide to vertical position -Back glide (“streamline”) -Back float for 3 sec. -Recover from back float to vertical position -Roll front to back -Roll back to front -Treading with arm and hand actions -Alternating leg action on front -Simultaneous leg action on front -Alternating arm action on front -Simultaneous arm action on front -Combined arm and leg actions on front |

Seasonal Pool Attendants
Serves under the direct supervision of the Pool Manager, Public Works Administrator and assigned City Council member. The qualified applicant will be a motivated, enthusiastic and is responsible for the upkeep of the pool area in order to enhance and maintain curb appeal and community satisfaction. Also performs lifeguard duties. Conducts all engagements in a professional, respectful manner and performs duties as efficiently and effectively as possible. Position consists of flexible hours and is seasonal in nature.

Serves under the direct supervision of the Public Works Administrator and assigned City Council member. The qualified applicant will perform a variety of duties in planning, scheduling, maintaining the seasonal operation of the pool, communicating with the City Council and members, and above all, have enthusiasm for making the pool a safe and fun place for the community. Conducts all engagements in a professional, respectful manner and performs duties as efficiently and effectively as possible. Position consists of flexible hours and is seasonal in nature.
