Helper City is excited to share opportunities to come together and make a real impact in our community. We are looking to build a volunteer base that stands “at the ready” to help neighbors with yard work, clean the river walkway or support long standing events like Christmas Town or the Helper Arts, Music & Film Festival. We will connect you with organizations requiring volunteers as well as city staff who may be overseeing various city projects. We’ll get you on a sign-up list and reach out when projects are scheduled and could use some more hands to make them happen. No special skills are required, just a willingness to help and a big heart. Any materials necessary will be provided by the activity host.
You can make a difference by filling out the volunteer application at the Become a Volunteer button (not a google form yet.) Complete it today and someone will reach out when projects have been identified and are scheduled.
